Place is not very clean, lots of dirt in the floors of the studio. Ambience is sterile and not designed for a very warm welcome. Went for a sugaring

We’re surprised by your feedback, as our studio is thoroughly cleaned every morning, including the floors. You were warmly welcomed, accompanied to the treatment room, and treated by our friendly technician. You also left very happy, so this review doesn’t reflect the experience we observed.

Regarding the ambiance — we aim for a clean, minimal aesthetic to maintain a professional and hygienic environment. While this may feel “sterile” to some, many of our clients appreciate the calm and cleanliness it offers.

Typically I’m very pleased with my nails but this time was very disappointing. It took longer than expected, and they were not done well (rough edges, bad cuticle care, overall not what I’m used to).
