Manicure took 1.5 hours ,

and my nail beds are inflamed from the rough procedure. Would never go back.

We’d like to clarify that our gel polish manicure for short nails typically takes around 1 hour and 20 minutes, and in your case, the treatment was completed within that timeframe. Our technician also noted that you arrived with existing cuts and sensitivity on your hands.

Place is not very clean, lots of dirt in the floors of the studio. Ambience is sterile and not designed for a very warm welcome. Went for a sugaring

Regarding the ambiance — we aim for a clean, minimal aesthetic to maintain a professional and hygienic environment. While this may feel “sterile” to some, many of our clients appreciate the calm and cleanliness it offers.

Typically I’m very pleased with my nails but this time was very disappointing. It took longer than expected, and they were not done well (rough edges, bad cuticle care, overall not what I’m used to).
