We would like to clarify your review.
It was your own choice not to have color applied to your toes due to personal reasons, which we will not discuss publicly out of respect for your privacy. Before the treatment, you received a full explanation of what would be done and how to care for the results afterwards.

You received the full one-hour treatment you booked and paid for. There was no “alternative” treatment given, and no part of the service was shortened or skipped. Therefore, there is no basis for a refund or compensation.

We kindly remind all clients to address any questions or concerns directly in the salon during the appointment, so we can resolve them immediately, rather than posting unfair or misleading reviews afterwards. We work hard to provide quality service and expect the same level of respect in return.

Had to redo my nails. Even though because of breakage we needed to shorten them, they look great!

The lady who helped me was so nice, the biab I had before I came here was horrible. She gave me advice on what to do next time and how to take care of my nails. Only thing is some of the nails have small holes and the apex on some nails are not good.

Het personeel was aardig en de salon zag er prima uit. Ondanks de positieve reviews, viel behandeling zelf echter erg tegen. Na enkele dagen begonnen mijn biab al te chippen. Daarnaast is de vorige biab er dusdanig ruw afgehaald, dat mijn nagels nu enorm beschadigd zijn en gevoelig zijn geworden.

It’s important to understand what a Smart Pedicure actually includes. This treatment is clearly described when booking and does not involve medical procedures like the removal of ingrown toenails.

If you needed help with an ingrown toenail, we offer a separate treatment specifically for that, performed by a specialist. Had you booked that service, you would have been scheduled with the right technician.

Clients consistently have a great experience with our Smart Pedicure, and if yours was painful, it’s most likely due to a mismatch in expectations—not the treatment itself.
