Dear Carmen, the treatment you booked does not include a manicure. If your nails are fragile, the coating without strengthening may not last. During your appointment, for which you were also 10 minutes late, the technician explained this and advised you to choose a different treatment next time.

**Gellak**
30 minutes — This treatment includes a thin application of gel polish without a manicure (cuticle cleaning is not included). We do not guarantee the durability of the product. Removal only includes the same type of application. Removal of other types, such as BIAB, Gel, Acrylic, or Acrygel, will incur additional charges and will only be performed if the technician has extra time available.
