So much negativity in one review just because you were not satisfied after our last conversation.

It's a shame we can't rate you back. This is a significant complaint, considering you've been visiting us for over two years and we've always tried to accommodate your requests, even when you didn't book the correct treatment, which caused challenges for our nail artist with time.
We explained to you the issue with the product coming off your nails. Hands need to be kept on a pillow or in the lamp, but you've been touching your face, your phone, and especially your hair. This results in oils, dirt, and dust attaching to your nails, causing the product not to adhere properly.

We apologize for not meeting your expectations, but it's challenging to satisfy you if there isn't cooperation. We hope for better teamwork between you and your new nail artist.

Dear Elze,

Before booking an appointment, we recommend reading the details. If you have read them, you would know that this technique has no guarantee period and entirely depends on your nails how long the product will hold and how they look like. As we are not giving some specific shape. Our colleague was explaining this to you. There is a reason why we can not provide any guarantee. Because of thin application it is absolutely depended on the shape of your nails and how strong they are.

Removal includes only the removal of same type application. ( any other type of application as BIAB, Gel, Acrylic or Acrygel will be charged more and treatment will be done if employ has extra time for it)
